As careful as we are about packaging the plants for a safe delivery, UPS sometimes finds a way to stress a plant in transit. If that happens please put the plant in a shady location, repot if necessary give the plant a good long drink of water. The plant will almost always revive itself under these conditions. If the plant does not revive, please inform us within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with a plant please inform us within 10 days for a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Exceptions:
Plants requested to be shipped earlier than our normal shipping schedule (see
Shipping Information) are not guaranteed from freeze damage while in transit or after delivery. Please be aware that UPS does not heat their trucks and the plants are being shipped from northern Michigan! We know that our customers will care for their plants but UPS will not!
While most of our plant can be safely grown across the country, it is too hot for some of the plants in garden zones 8-10. Plants purchased to grow in areas out of their Heat Tolerance Zones will void any guarantee. A large percentage of your plants performance after planting depends on selecting the correct plant for your garden's heat tolerance and sun exposure. Help ensure your garden success by double checking those facts.
